Just to correct Brian’s translation, how I think it should read :

EC is normally thought as being Edgar Cayce that Brian often receives messages from on many of his dreams (missing persons & other) & refers to Brian as Brain, probably speaking into Brian’s head/brain.

(I say that because I once received a spoken message from a man during half-sleep - him saying to me, ‘you think you are psychic but it’s me speaking into your head’. My response was to reply yeah, right. But he then said, when you go to the shower in the morning & see a spider in there, you will believe in this. I just shrugged it off & went back into deep sleep. Sure enough there was a big dead spider in my shower. It was only then, I remembered him speaking to me during the night & I worked out the sound of his voice & going by how he called out to me by a certain name only named by him, to being my deceased uncle, an ex-fireman. I never have spiders, me living on the 4th floor & this particular uncle knew I was scared of spiders, which I didn’t realise he knew, but was confirmed later by my aunty, his wife, who often still has 'happenings' related to him).

So which other priest is Jose speaking of.. i can't remember as it was so long ago how many priests related to this case in the press.

An English priest has flown out to join the McCann family in Portugal as they wait for news of their daughter Madeleine.

Father Paul Seddon, of the Our Lady of Compassion church in Formby near Liverpool, married Gerry and Kate McCann and later baptised Madeleine.

He joined Mrs McCann today as she attended mass at the local village church, the morning after husband Gerry gave an impassioned address about his hopes of seeing Madeleine again to mark her fourth birthday.

Rev Seddon joined local priest Jose Manuel Pacheco to distribute communion during today's service on the feast of Fatima, a major religious holiday in Portugal.

He was told that he could celebrate mass for the McCanns at the church any time they want to. Wearing yellow and green ribbons in her hair - in Portugal green is the colour of hope because of its associations with spring - Mrs McCann sat at the front of the church clutching Madeleine's favourite cuddly toy, a pink kitten.

She wept as she prayed for her missing daughter and listened to the reading from the gospel of John which included the lines: "Do not let your hearts be troubled or afraid.

"You heard me say: 'I am going away and shall return'."

Father Pacheco told the congregation: "Madeleine can also say those words 'I shall return' - we hope this."

Special prayers were again said for the McCann family and Madeleine.

He told the congregation, in English: "During this week, the parents of Madeleine, each day, came here to pray, to receive the Holy Spirit and ask the help of the Lord.

"Journalists and other people say 'Why are they in peace and serenity when they leave the church?' I say 'Because in the church they gain strength and courage and serenity."

He paid tribute to the McCann family's courage saying they were an example of spirituality and prayer.

Mrs McCann was handed a bunch of pink and white roses by a local boy Rui Seromenho, seven, who had himself been presented with a copy of the Lord's prayer during the service to mark the feast.

Today is the 90th anniversary of a vision of Mary in the town of Fatima in Portugal.

This weekend 300,000 people, including a representative of the Pope, have been attending service in Fatima.

The Portuguese press have shown posters of Madeleine McCann on display in Fatima and Father Pacheco said last night that many there were saying special prayers for her.

Madeleine's family is doing whatever it takes to keep her story in the headlines on the tenth day of her disappearance - in particular, the photograph below, which clearly shows her distinctive right eye where the pupil runs into the blue-green iris.

Happy new year to you all, sorry I haven't been on for so long but our pc broke and we were using the old one, but it took so long to turn a page I couldn't get on to do anything as my little girl doesn't have a nap anymore, so time is precious!!

I received Brians dream email this morning and looked under the name francisco marto, below is the page i found, very interesting and hard to imagine this was just a child, he looked so much older and I can't believe all this happened before he died at the tender age of 11 years old, how sad.

reading all this makes me wonder, the children were all so very young, yet all had been visited by the lady of fatima, we would call her mother of god, or mary, and they were all asked to be punished for others sins, they had to repent and say there rosaries for others sins, could it be that someone in the church has had an apparition to take madeleine? so that she would be made to pray for the sinners, is she some sort of a symbol. The secrets seem to be saying that all the bad in the world comes from sinners not praying to lady of fatima, and not believing. Maybe im reading this all wrong, so please feel free to say what you feel if anyone is better at understanding this, i wont be offended 

Reading the people sent shivers down my spine! those poor children must  have been terrified, if you think about the present world today, we don't as a society, unless we are deeply religious, have religion as obvious in our lives as we did many years ago.

‘Other priest’ – could be Reveren Paul Seddon from UK or Father Haynes Hubbard, who I think is Canadian. Will try to look further into these two.

Keep in mind, below is from the Daily Mail (quoting the Express too) that have both come out with some nonsense & libelled by the Tapas9 :

Apparently, it is the Conselho Pastoral that decides:
“Father José Manuel Pacheco ensures that “priests have no power to order anything in our churches. We have an entity for that, which is the Conselho Pastoral, where the catholic community is represented”….”that was a decision made by the Conselho Pastoral and I only knew about it three days later”.

It seems that Padre Pacheco has had a bit of a rough time with the media, raking up something from his past with may not be true and the PJ questioning him too etc. It is possible that he knows nothing himself. But those above him, may do.

Cón. José Pedro de Jesus Martins (Vigário Episcopal para a Pastoral) seems to be the 2nd in line after the head, who is the Algarve Bishop.
The Algarve Bishop (Bispo Diocesano) is Dom Manuel Neto Quintas.
So I believe it could be one of these two that would have given permission to a priest to hand out the PdL church keys to the McCanns.

So as per Brian’s DD7801, saying “Kate go to Fatima, priest knows how to get M“ - perhaps Brian is referring to the Algarve Bishop, Dom Manuel Neto Quintas or one of the other 3 speakers at Fatima on 4-10.09. But he may also be referring to a local Fatima priest(s).

Wondering why Brian had written the date 28-3-07, which is not long before Madeleine was taken?

Found a couple of clips from 2007, re the priests of PdL, so there’s 2 more names :

The PdL church is a joint Roman Catholic / Anglican Church. A prior Reverend, Eric Britt, left under a cloud recently. The Church was then covered by other ministers.
One was Father John Wilson of Wells, who was said to have left at Easter to take up a new post in Hochin, was priest at the church at Praia da Luz which has been visited daily by the McCann family since little Maddie was snatched. He still has an apartment in the area (Prai du Luz) and has returned to the village and speaking from there spoke about the feelings of the ex-pat community for Mr Murat, who lived at Hockering until two years ago. R. Murat used to live there and visited a few days after Madeleine went missing. He used this address when he hired his car.
Additionally, the present clergyman covering the Church at Prai du Luz arrived on the 6th May 2007.

Members of St. Vincent’s Anglican Church welcomed the Rev. Haynes Hubbard on May 6th (2007) when he arrived at Faro Airport after a 20 hour journey from his native Canada with his family and pet cat.
St. Vincent’s is a chaplaincy within Church of England’s Diocese in Europe, Casa do Jardim, Rua Jose de Concelcao Conde, Parque da Praia, Praia da Luz.

Meanwhile Manuel Neto Quintas, the Catholic bishop of the Algarve, had offered to become a go-between with any kidnapper. He offered to make himself available if Madeleine’s abductor chose to contact him.
