(Ocean Club village area) - tourist resort Ocean Club is refered to as ‘Vila da Luz’ throughout the PJ report 20/6/08, as well as in Goncalo Amaral’s book as seen on web translation.  Da Luz could also be a surname for someone – just an example: Mark Warner employee, Ricardo Alexandre Da Luz Oliveira - close to the initials R.L. that’s mentioned on Brian’s recent DD7346.
