Hope all is well with you.

Regarding your DD7346 -  “RL, 370514 84255, 6 feet down, pain”

This most certainly is Madeleine McCann related, as it’s the usual map co-ordinates for her position (see DD below) and you have drawn the same animal/demon face as on your other DDs, DD5948 & DD6245, see further below.

The initials ‘RL’ has changed now from RM or RS.
The ‘6 feet down’ may not refer to her being dead/buried, as in the term 6 feet under. It may refer to her still being in a basement/tunnel area.
Apart from your many mentions of Madeleine being in a basement, you have many DDs/RVs that mention she is ‘down’ & ‘below & ‘underground’ :

She is right below you – is there a tunnel opening leading out to near the woods?  This would fit with my very 1st dream vision 6/5/07 (mentioned below).

Drawn, basement/cellar or garage or utility room. Shelf with 4 items on top, one with ‘M’ on – perhaps refers to a picture of Madeleine or virgin Mary? Under shelf  close to floor another object. Box/carton/animal carrier in far left corner of room.
White light – on wall to left, could be a fluorescent horizontal strip light. Possibly electrical lead hanging down to plug/socket below light. Crack in wall under light?
Bucket – on left side of floor, with 2 other objects unknown.
Bed – mattress on right side of floor, with 3 other objects, religious cross. Perhaps 1 a book - bible? Or paper & other object unknown.
Down – arrow pointing down to possible opening in floor between bucket & bed/mattress?
Water – water trickle close to opening in floor?

19/9/07 Brian adds …”this is a secret room under Robert's mom's house...the PJ searched it in May and several months later the PJ and I believe 2 British police searched it again.
I believe this is where Madeleine is right now, and has most likely been there or somewhere very close every since she was taken.
In many of my dreams there is another small compartment connected to this secret room...it's hidden by a dark box...It's also where I'm searching when I get there.
I have drawn this room so many times, I'm certain it is real.”

(very close  to my dream 6 May 07 of me looking through Madeleine’s eyes, her standing (vertical) in a hole not much wider than her, approximately 4-7ft deep, in grassy slightly bare area, some  trees/woodland close to left. MM looking up out of hole – her left hip painful. Gerry McCann at the top of the hole to left & another man to right with dark thick slightly wavy 70s hair style, rugged face  – feel possibly Irish?? Could hear tractor sound, assuming to pull her out of hole (or possibly helicopter or traffic). Another reader wrote a similar dream re MM looking up out of a hole, many months afterwards, (but they oddly mentioned link to Winchester Cathedral). I thought the Dutch psychic tip-off in the early days, was close to the area I could see.

Brian adds: “I believe that this is some sort of animal carrier, and I hate to say it, but Madeleine might have been inside. I highly suggest a detailed search of the local area and Robert's mom's basement by outside authorities...if it has not already been done...if it has, please do it again. Even if Madeleine is not there , it could provide clues to where it might be. I also felt a fire, and the home might soon be in flames, so I suggest it happen soon.”
